Welcome to Plastico Traders. By browsing our website and placing an order at plasticotraders.com, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published on this page applies to your order.

1. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
  • We try to keep prices, stock and product details accurate, but they may change without prior notice.
  • Product photos are for illustration. Actual colour, finish and size may vary slightly due to lighting, screens and manufacturing batches.

2. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by phone, message or email before dispatch.
  • We reserve the right to accept, limit or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If we cancel a paid order, you will be refunded in full.
  • Please make sure your name, address and phone number are correct, as we use them to deliver and confirm your order.

3. Payment

  • We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, and debit/credit card where available.
  • For bank transfer, your order is processed once payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery time is typically 2–5 working days depending on your city and the courier.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays or courier delays.
  • Any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • Custom-cut, installed or used items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

6. Warranty

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it covers manufacturing defects only and not damage from misuse, incorrect installation or normal wear. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

7. Privacy

We collect your name, contact details and address only to process and deliver your orders and to provide support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Plastico Traders is not liable for losses arising from incorrect installation, misuse, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
